What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following secure payment methods:
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China UnionPay, Maestro
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
PayPal: You can connect your bank account or debit card to PayPal, or pay directly with your cards.
Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna and Afterpay are available in eligible regions, allowing you to split your purchase into multiple payments.
All transactions are processed in USD ($). If your card uses another currency, your bank may apply exchange rates or additional fees.
Why is my payment being declined?
A payment may be declined if:
1. There are insufficient funds in your account.
2. Incorrect card information (number, expiration date, or security code) was entered.
3. Your bank flagged the transaction for security reasons.
Please double-check your information and, if the problem persists, contact your bank or payment provider.
Where’s my refund?
Refund processing time depends on your payment method and issuing bank:
PayPal: usually 1–3 business days.
Credit/Debit Cards: up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or email us at service@freyaship.com for assistance.
Security
1. Our checkout process is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant to ensure your payment information is protected.
2. We do not store your full credit card details, and all transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways.
Discounts & Gift Cards
1. Discount codes and gift cards must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is confirmed.
2. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
3. Gift cards are treated as cash value and can be redeemed during checkout.
