Important Rule: Since our high-end toys are made of premium Silicone, you must use Water-Based Lubricant only. Never use silicone-based lube or oils, as they can degrade the material of your toy over time.

It's easy! Before and after use, wash with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap (or a dedicated toy cleaner). Pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We use a discreet billing descriptor. Your bank statement will usually show a generic name like 'SP * GOODS' or a holding company name, ensuring your purchase remains private from anyone reviewing your statements.

Yes! The App-controlled models allow for long-distance play. As long as the toy is connected to a phone via Bluetooth, and that phone has internet access, your partner can control the toy from anywhere in the world via the app.

Silicone is non-porous, easy to sanitize, and very durable. It feels smooth and silky.
TPE is softer and feels more realistic (fleshy), but it is porous, requiring more thorough cleaning. Both are body-safe, but Silicone is generally considered the 'gold standard' for durability.

Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. However, we offer a 1-Year Warranty on all electronic toys. If your item arrives defective or stops working due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace it free of charge.
